Personal KPA: Target 🎯 Set in 2009 by writing on Paper after proper thinking 💭 and then kept as repository with unconscious mind. 

Body: Physically fit with six pack abs, attractive looking impressive power 

Mind: Continuous learning in the field of Health, Safety and Environmental for betterment of mankind.

Spirit: Faith in God, every year at least one day to Bahucharaji or Ambaji. Never compromise on Ethics.

Career and Finance: Want to be DISH , and one day well known safety professional in INDIA 🇮🇳. To earn @1 lakh per month within timeline of 2012.

Family and Society: Good education for my children 👶👶👶. Well furnished bungalow for family and mother & father with me.

Hobbies and Cultural: To Listen Music 🎶 everyday.

To visit New Zealand 🇳🇿 , Singapore 🇸🇬 , Australia 🇦🇺 and other cultures besides all INDIAN 🇮🇳 Culture.

Annual review always take place with honest feedback and continual improvement with resetting of new targets, once it's is achieved. 

Self appraisal is as bellow:

Body: Working on it reduced weight, one medical surgery then its will be achieved ✅ by 2018. Watch out for my profile photo update in 2018.

Mind: Studying and knowingly everyday better than yesterday. Let's see final Improved target is Masters or PhD, started with Licence and Certification program.

Spirit: Day by day god is helping me to believe in him, by fulfilling all wishes even without asking. Ethics is in gene and not gonna compromise. I know when to quit and what's suffocating.

Career and Finance: Offer for Factory Inspector rejected 🙅‍♂️ after achieving, as not inline with other target (money). 

Monthly salary achievement completed ✅ in 2012. New target 🎯 as per continual improvement set same 1 lacs but currency changed from INR to CAD.

Family and Society: I think this target is long term, but sure children 👶 👶👶 are doing good 😊. 3rd House 🏡 target date is 2018, and may have IMP after achievement. Father & Mother will definitely live in that house 🏡 with me.

Hobbies and Cultural: Started daily listening of good music 🎶, refreshing to mind and soul. Already visited "Singapore", "Australia", "Dubai" and "France". New target 🎯 to explore world 🌎 other countries (Visa should not be an issue after 4 years) with family or alone, every year one new country and to complete remaining country New Zealand.

Only one ☝️ rule: Don't think so much and if you have to think at all think, what U have decided is going to happen in future. "Believe in yourself. Your future and the destiny is written by you".
